Our pneumatic dot peen machines are the best for marking applications requiring a very short cycle time to meet the speed requirements of industrial sectors.
The electromagnetic marking machines are more suitable for applications that need high-precision and consistency. It is particularly recommended for DataMatrix code marking.
Scribing machines use a carbide or diamond tip to apply a permanent marking directly to the material, from plastic to the hardest steels (up to 62HRC).
Unlike dot peen, the tip does not vibrate but slides along the surface, thus creating a continuous groove. The result is very clear and aesthetic. This process is very quiet, therefore particularly useful for marking hollow parts with high resonance, tubes and sheets.
